Is it your interpretation that we may not get the rate hike? I think that there is a remote possibility, but it would come with a very hawkish tone. Either that or we get the 25 beeps and a bunch of white doves.

My take was that we are at or near the end of rate increases. He seemed (to me) to be saying that he recognized the lasting effect that technology has on the economy and that future rate increase may not occur. Maybe I just heard what I wanted to hear. I expect a rally this week.
