Just got off the phone with him and he was very candid. Specifically said atthe end of May there was no concern over this quarter and, while can't say anything now because of quiet period , the inference was that there was no change in that thought. He stated that T and Harmonic continue to partner closely and the dialogue continues about "where do we go from here?" with T. More importantly, large contracts with Charter and Adelphia and international customers are going better than expected and there is no concern at all with the year's numbers. People, as the denominator gets larger of course the percentage that T makes up will be smaller on a percentage basis. He reiterated that Divicom is going well and the company is definitely meeting and exceeding its goals. Mr. Newman also stated there was no planned release of more info because there is none and there is no smoking gun or other shoe. I have talked with him before and, as Hiram alludes to, he has always been straightforward with his responses. There has never been disinformation by the management team in my experience. So interpret this as you will."
