Danny - are you sure it is not your ISP? A week ago, I had problems getting to the DELL web site which lasted for 2 days. I have a DSL link and normally get lightning response.

I still have an ISDN connection, and I used that to dial a location outside of my area (Houston). No problem accessing DELL. I tried Austin, Dallas - no problem. But when I went to a local ISP - different than my DSL provider - I still could not access the DELL site. I could not access DELL from any Houston ISP.

The problem resolved itself the next day. But your problem may have nothing to do with HOTMAIL, despite the symptoms. I just checked my own hotmail account, no problem...
