Robert: The CEO has a poor business model. He believes that growth by acquistion was the way ahead. The Banks led him on giving him all the cash he wanted . Earlier I mentioned that his Buisness model was flawed.

Business currently calls for ASAP which provides CRM, ERP and other services all thru one provider. GEAC has a loosely connected bunch of ERP Services which they want to integrate but no one else wants to pay for.

They will have to either break up the Company into more ASAP
like modules or sell out to some one who has the other services and needs them. Both are highly doubtful as there are too many suppliers.

GEAC is a poor investment as shown by its 4 yr graph. A single digit will not be a surprise.
