it was like telling them to go ahead and inflate the bubble again...LOL!

anyway, this remark is a truism. barring nuclear war or a comet hitting the earth, technological advances are always 'irreversible'. what new information has been added by this? the most important thing to have happened since '95 is that the bubble really got out of control.as recently as '94 Greenjeans wrongly thought the Fed had 'succeeded in pricking the developing stock market bubble'
well, it really only got in gear right thereafter.
