Ted, RE:"That's exactly what he said....AG wants to screw the individual investor so badly, its pitiful. He should be thrown in jail!" Honestly I think he's having to deal with some new factors. Not totally of his own doing. Perhaps you should look more at Congress for passing that RE tax cut which is infusing major money into the economy. Like an ecosystem, there are limiting factors. Alter those and a new equilibrium occurs...in this case higher rates. Jim
