TT - What the article is saying is that the 'chickens come home to roost' when the options bonanza grinds to a halt due to tech stock prices that no longer soar. It's a combination of:
1) Lower corporate tax deduction because employees don't exercise options
2) Higher 'cash' labor costs because those same employees (in theory) now want more cash instead of options
3) Potential dilution of earnings if buybacks are cut.

This is much of what 'Paul the cat' was talking about over the past few years when he used to post on this thread. Where is he these days???
