Their business model isn't sustainable? Selling software that beats all its competition to the point that it's considered a standard is not a sustainable business plan? That must be why MSFT has been suffering lately.

Sounds to me like the guy just isn't techie enough to understand what Citrix does. Yes, it is complicated. But they aren't selling to consumers. They are selling to IT people.
