I think the takeaway on AMCC is that it is a well-positioned franchise and like any supplier, sometimes you've got a point where older products are being phased out and there is a transition to newer products. The extent to which this shows up in their quarterly numbers is unclear. Nortel is a big customer but its only one of their customers. Its virtually impossible to pick apart the numbers by product/by customer/by quarter so confusion can result. However, none of this means much in the long-run.
