It is slightly more complicated than cash, as I understand it. It is "assets". And, I think that Kamcorp is making sure the assets are there every month so that they can stay listed. If it is de-listed, it will not hold its price and Kamcorp doesn't want that because they want to keep buying stock at WAY below publicly available prices.

So, I don't know when NASD will de-list. Sooner or later, though, the investors will demand a net profit or just get tired of waiting and the price will fall regardless.
