Yah, too bad. But I found it interesting how everything was transacted today between ~$16.75 and ~$17.25. My gut is telling me the downside from here is strictly limited; and such downside as may be left may be due to triple witching machinations.

In a nutshell WSTL's at fire-sale prices right now, regardless of whether you're buying a trading type block, or initiating(or adding to) a core position.

John~

Include me among the buyers today. WSTL trades with a lot of volatility, but the emerging positives should move the stock price higher. As the Teltrend production gets converted to DSL production, WSTL will be able to establish higher production levels and improve overall production margins. If the arrangement with Solectron works out well, they should have sufficient additional capacity to dramatically boost sales to the RBOC's as they try to satisfy the growing demand for DSL.

Best of all, the demand for WSTL's products should remain strong regardless of interest rates or economic slowing. I'm glad I got the chance to pick up more on sale today.
