And this was due partly because of tight supplies which delayed DELL laptop shipments... which is out of DELL's control... I think it is incredible that DELL has been able to grow as rapidly as it has, won market share, maintained margins and profitability without substantially hurting it's quality of goods and services... I'm running a company that has doubled in size over the last 12 months... I know first hand how hard it is to maintain standards when you're adding new people, moving key people, gaining new clients, etc... I think what DELL has acomlished is nothing short of astounding... DELL ON!!!
