I believe MS just filed today, the notice of appeal, the appeal and requested the Appellate court stay.

That said, I am not a lawyer... --- Sure you are, mozek. Or at least well on your way to becoming an extremely well versed amateur. --- You used to be this much into technology. Now, you're this much into antitrust law and the ins and outs of the federal court system. Such is the ongoing focus of MSFT and all attached to it. -JCJ
