Long, I really think this company can do well and be the next DELL or MSFT or CSCO...but there appears to be an "insider" mentality that is worrying me. The granting of huge blocks of options to NEW executives is not the best way to build shareholder value. We haven't swallowed the IPC/IXNet acquisition yet and we're thinking of dishing out $10bil for Equant. This may be tolerable if management had a better rapport with shareholders. The Investor Relations department never returns calls or e-mails. It does give reason for concern sometimes. I have to speak my mind. Fez
