I see what you are saying but you might as well throw it over to all forms of government as well. Becoming more totalitarian every day. Of course all this comes under the guise: "provide for the common welfare of the people".
Better catch yourself. You as sounding more like an anarchist by the minute. Less liberal (in favor of more government control) and more libertarian. Next thing you will be moving to wilderness Idaho.
