Fidel is senile, Clappy . . . . and without hope of being redeemed as a human entity. He is one of the most evil specimens of this or last century. He is a fascist monster. He sent a friend of mine to prison for twenty years the other day for engaging in activities endangering the security of the state. The activities harmed no one. And who is his best friend? The United States government! Why? Because it simply stays out of his way. His rants against the U.S. government are pure propaganda. He would be the first to object to the lifing of the embargo. People here have no idea what is going on in Cuba related to that kid, Elian Gonzales. Mothers are forced to march in the downtowns across Cuba and the schoolchildren are forced to read endless psychological literature about Elian. The country is sickened by the television coverage by the government. All the while, the American public thinks there is mass support for the boy's return. NO WAY! NO WAY! My "angels" and my buddies reside in Cuba. I'll be heading back soon. Just porchin' John
