I'm sure many were noticing the same thing, Jane! I mentioned MTSN here on 6/6 and here's a chart of the action since then: siliconinvestor.com

It's obvious the move late today was on very light volume, could easily be short covering. If we get a robust move in the Dow and NASDAQ, the oil patch could face some rotation out of the sector. If you're in for the long haul, I don't think there is anything to worry about, as I'm still very bullish on the sector going forward.

We're still in a market that rewards individual stock picking and timing. At the same time, if you are riding on one or more of the OSX's larger companies, the long term trend is your friend and should continue to be for quite a while. Until oil prices are below $24/bbl for a sustained period, the fundamentals in the patch outweigh a lot of the inherent risk!
