George,

I am struck by how you post mirrors my feeling.

The axiom "The market is always right." is true. Hell, it has to be; it's a truism. There's is a hitch with this wisdom though -- it has no timeframe.

Today's breakout was wonderful. I went long a NASDAQ mini and am happy. (No, I did not hold.) I will admit at the same time that I am going to lose some few thousands on June puts.

Yup, this market has some upside, but the downside risk is enormous. As I wrote in MDD, back when more people were welcomed to post there, I think that this mania will have to end more perniciously than any before. It is the only way to get the informed, conditioned, daytrader crowd.

Having said that, I have changed my time horizon. To use Voltspeak, I have changed the parameters of my time capsule. This may take a while.

It will, in the end, throw a rod. The problem is, it may take many short traders with it along the way.
