While the jubilant MSFT supporters may be a little over the top, it is clear that the DOJ did not want this case to go to the appeals court in the worst way. They were easily out-maneuvered by the MSFT legal team. It will in fact be a whole new game.

RE: Should be a good day tommorrow with the MSFT news of going to the appealate court.Pen"head" Jackson may have had his day in the sun-I hope.

MSFT won't be split...Stock will double rapidly...Just my opinion ....
