I can't make very many statements based on fact,
except there are about 30,000,000 shares and the reported share holders do not report enough shares to control the company.

I believe there are people or firms that control more shares than the directors combined. I speculate that the 20 - 80 rule may apply here, where a few owners own 80% - while we, the 80, own 20%. As to who if any these are, I don't know. I don't think I'd place the money that some people do, if I didn't have some assurance that it was quite safe.

As to the future of the insiders, that depends on the controlling owners, their plans for KRT and the results of the exploration.

Doesn't really apply to DeBeers if your guesses and deductions are accurate. But it won't do anything to speed up the process.
