Great find, Gordon! Super article.

The last line is the clencher, though. We've seen, over and over again, judicial rulings that reflect how a judge WANTS things to be instead of what the Constitution actually says. The pressure on the judges from the administration in this case is likely to be severe. If it actually does go to the Supremes, the makeup of the court is going to be critical.
