Dorian Reed recently filed to sell 400,000 shares of HITT. Bloomberg says he filed it May 30, which was one day before the 10k was filed, while Edgar-Online says the filing was on June 6, after the 10k and 10Q were filed. Maybe he filed two form 144's, or maybe one of the services has the wrong date, I don't know for sure.
