Yes -- it was me and my worn-out joke. :-)

I miss reading the prospectuses with an eye towards buying companies at the IPO price. I guess with the current environment, most IPOs can now be had in the secondary market for not much of a premium. One that I am eyeing is Intuitive Surgical. Went public yesterday @$9, and that is where it sits. Symbol is ISRG. Reading the material, the technology and who's behind is very impressive. The question is can I buy it at less than the IPO price in the near term?
