Dear QS: Then you have more faith in our Judicial System then I do. Money and economic power usually win out in the end. I will be very surprised if it isnt overturned, especially at the District Court Level. Judges arent that bright you know, if they were they wouldnt be judges!! Some type of "Cover" will be developed, MSFT will be slapped with some relatively harmless restrictions, and business will go on as usual. I say that and I am not even a MSFT shareholder nor do I condone their business practices. JDN
