Gold doing nicely this am kitco.com , get Pangea rockin, maybe, like me prospective takeover speculation of Franco-Nevada/Goldfields, who currently aren't into Tanzania. Pangea would give them an excellent entry, wot u think?

Pangea - PGD-t Loewen picks up another 99,000 shares, so this last financing really was oversubscribed since in all I think they have picked up about 300,000 shares since the financing directly with Pangea. Good sign I think, as there must be some other news perhaps not widely known yet of bigger things to come, we c.....

The ink isn't even dry on the Franco-Nevado/Goldfields deal, and Goldfields is already talking acquisitions, perhaps with the FN financial warchest in mind, so perhaps a takeover of Pangea might just get a little more interest and move forward in the timetable if there is to be a major consolidation of the bigger companies, and each consolidation strives to maximize its resource/property logistics. If the Pangea properties turn up more low cost gold and that is likely, then their properties alone would give an outsider like the new FN/Goldfields company quite a good entry into the region.
