So what if DUNK went up 25-fold? I'm not saying KREM won't soar in the near term - I just believe that long term (2-yrs out) they will fail... they are not trailblazing the market like DUNK did and SBUX has done. Those two companies were the first of their kind. SBUX is up over 700% since its IPO in 1994. They were the first with the coffee-bar chain concept so everyone ate it up. DUNK was the first donut chain. KREM is not a trailblazer like SBUX or DUNK - it is a copy-cat. Thus they will never achieve the growth that the other two have. KREM has about as big a chance of re-living la vida DUNK as New World Coffee and Dean & Deluca do of re-living SBUX's glorious past.
