OT. I have been trying to hold out until VLNC batteries are available for cell phones. But with a one year old, and a 22 year old, I need a cell phone badly. I have been looking at the Sprint, Qualcomm and Samsung deals, but I am fairly ignorant about the cell phones and providers. Can anyone point me to a useful website, and/or give me their comments.
They can do it via a PM.

You make statements that have not been corroborated. That would make them spurious based on your track record.

VLNC has no choice but to pursue OEM business because they have no significant sales capacity or distribution network.

The suggestion that OEMs "have already offered to accept their entire output" begs more questions than it answers. What output?
