My objections is not options per se, if the price of the
stock has appreciated but to award generous options when
the stock is tanking ???.
Your message is excellent and informative. Should have
included CSCO and MSFT as examples of how options are used to transfer the wealth of the shareholder to
those who are granted options.

Dear Scott: Well, my rule of thumb is 10%, when I see stock options equalling or exceeding 10% I vote no on any new shares. I know, doesnt effect the outcome, but at least I know I voted right. JDN
