Unfortunately, news in the gold business can be recycled and discounted several times.

I was around in the late 70's and yes we could be nearing a moment of truth. As I said in a later post, if a 300 thousand ounce cover of a previous forward sale could cause a 7.00 rise in the pog, imagine covering a couple of million ounces. The burden is on the producers to back this move with additional coverage. If they don't and the rally falters, the cynicism surrounding the big producers is going to be exacerbated.
