I wonder if women at the ankly turn of the century felt their ankles were an erotic zone? As an effect of trying to keep eyes off them?

Japan is in a revival of "imaginary" erotic art. Zowie, they've gone nuts over there. I like some of it; which like is probably related to my Early American Licentious Exposures. I think the Fifties were neat.
