is that MA crossover the only criteria ??

Yep .. nice and simple .. some of us like
to use a third longer period MA or the
current signal on QQQ as a directional bias
indicator .. the emphasis is on finding stocks
that exhibit 'current' smooth trading characteristics
per the model ..
