Dear Tiguer: I presume everyone saw Ed Zander COO on CNBC around 12:15pm regarding the new storage products. Sounds pretty good. JDN

Rog: You know I have my two largest positions in SUNW and EMC too. My SUNW position is larger by about 2K shares so I too hope storage gains come to SUNW with their mini SANs but I don't want it to be at the expense of EMC. I do not believe that it will be at EMC's expense for the following reasons:

1) The storage market is so big and really growing much faster than servers. It's universally needed.

2) EMC has established a name in the storage industry for reliability and technical know how.

3) EMC has rock solid customer relationships.

4)This may make EMC "hungrier" and make them "sharpen their pencils".

This is like going to Jai Alai, and betting on the tri-fecta with the the three teams having eliminated everyone else in the game and at the top. You can't lose and wish the best one (long shot) comes out on top (SUNW).
