Answered my own question. Good to see they work with CTXS. EPiCON is working with a range of strategic partners, including Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems and Citrix Systems, to bring this technology to the marketplace.

Before, there was the acquisition of CLFY [the #2 CRM shop] and a stake in PRISM [a DSL shop wholely owned by CDO.] If you check EPiCON site, it has relationships with NT, CSCO and CTXS [EPiCON's ALTis is in CTXS IMS.] epicon.com That said, sorry to say, NT's acquisition can only tangentially help, if at all, CTXS at this point b/c CTXS problem is that of credibility due to execution. <edited> NT also partnered by BEAS, I2 etc etc in the ASP arena {See her PRs today) best, Bosco
