Tuck,

I noticed LOR had a gap down to $7 to accomidate some mid sized blocks. It will be interesting to see if these 25,000 & 50,000 blocks are threw. Check it out in the AM... Might be a 10% to 15% play.

OPTO showed it's old pattern of gapping down by the M&M's today. Watch to see where they take it. If insiders are about to transact at a discount to brokers etc it'll be worth a quickie. We may see $5 & a bounce to $7 or $8. Not much but predictability outweighs the risk. Again we need to see a high volume base to warrant a play...I am looking for a DSCM type move here.

Tuck we need to figure if this lockup strategy is a worthwhile effort. There appears to be a clear cut strategy. Find those stocks which have a lock up period ending. Make sure they are near a 3 to 6 month low. That they have some potential so the brokers consider it a play. Look for a gap down then a larger block exchange period. I'll be creating a list of potential candidates at the Yahoo site. With all the IPO's over the past six months this should produce for 10% to 20% of ones overall portfolio...I hope your game...

BEST WISHES
Jeffrey
