Corpgold,

Welcome back.

<< there are gaping differences between what Qualcomm is claiming as IPR relative to "all CDMA" standards and what IDCC is clearly claiming. >>

For sure:

How goes the IDCC story?

"have essential technology in all five modes of the new third generation worldwide wireless standards"

And the web site says:

"the stock soared 50% in two days on 17 times normal volume last November after that claim was publicized."

And December was really exciting.

And remember what Bill Dalglish said:

"I agree that altho very good info is available that could help guide an investment choice when a stock is still "cheap" -- investors by nature tend to wait until its too late and the price has skyrocketed. That's when they have the confidence to buy. The very successful investors, of course, do their own solid DD, buy before the train gets moving too fast, and reap the rewards."

I sure would hate to miss the train, if one is leaving the station.

But, I think I might have to.

Please pardon my irreverance.

Darrell, I think you got it wrong. You may confuse the UI either with Application interface or Air interface.
The UI itself is reffering to what ever presented to the end user to control the all the functions of a phone. Like dialing, menuing, coloring, inputing etc.
