Actually, in that part of Chile, it's "La Nina"(as opposed to El Nino) you have to worry about it. La nina is winding down and is scheduled to end later this Summer. Unfortunately, it still exists now and it's impact is being felt. I did mention my chief worry was the roads being washing out...I believe that now it is a reality....
