Glenn <This should have been obvious from the beginning. There is typically very little customer loyaty in general in retail and service industries. It is the nature of a competitive economy.> It should have been obvious that these are not "tech" companies and it should also have been obvious that their margins and growth potential would indicate trading at very low multiples instead of astronomical ones -- looking at AMZN there is more downside as this slowly sinks in with the investing public.
