I think you hit on the reason m$ft never settled. They can win the thing on appeal thanks to Jackson. I think the government will want to settle this thing short of a breakup. They KNOW they are on borrowed time. <G>

Dear QS and all: I am very disappointed in you people. Am I the only one who listened to that demonstration of SUNW's new storage and services? According to Zander this is in the TOP 3 major things the company has ever announced. (Java, Servers, Storage being the 3). It is an extremely important event in the life of SUNW and worthy of considerable discussion by people more knowledgeable than I. Yet, so far, none of you has issued a PEEP. Now if you watched and listened to the Web Cast--LETS HEAR SOMETHING!! I was extremely impressed, especially by the demonstrations and the customer accounts of actual use, but what the hell do I know? I need some feedback from you techies. JDN
