Well, it looks like this will be about a $230 million purchase closing in Q3. Unlike the Extreme Packet Devices, AANetcom and Abrizzo acquisitions, this won't be a pooling of interests. They did a straight purchase like this with IgT, didn't they? It seems like "the street" is reacting badly to this one for now. What are the benefits and liabilities of each method of acquisition? Now I really wish that I were at the shareholder's meeting that starts in 2 hours. Is anyone going? -JF
