"It's an anti-trust crime when the features don't work AND there's no entry point for the competitor. That's called harm to the consumer." The features work as Microsoft says, except for bugs which every software company has. And when Netscape usage climbs from 13 to 33 million users after Microsoft adds IE to Windows, there's plenty of entry point for the competitor. And anyone can use Mac, IBM, Linux, or Be on their PC.

Consumers can go buy a Mac if they don't like Windows or Intel based PCs. Windows works so well that it dominates the market. It dominates the market because the consumer chose it over the other options. There was NO monopoly at first and there still isn't! Windows was chosen over Mac and their OS. If Windows was so poor, the Mac would dominate the market. Can you really argue with this? What is your argument, that I should go buy a Sun mainframe and network my house. Is that REALLY your argument? Dave
