Brian,

Surely the management, who are also heavily invested into this company at prices of a year ago would have as much, if not more to lose than anyone else should the lender exercise their option to purchase shares. Share prices are down already from a year ago, what would be the incentive to management to structure a deal whereby they will potentially lose even more through dilution themselves??!! Your suggestion that perhaps management has a hidden agenda here doesn't make sense to me.

Scott.
