Steven, I have no problem with teaching evolution in schools as long as the material is preceded by the following disclosure: "Based on the vast amounts of evidence that we have before us, WE BELIEVE that life on earth evolved......" By qualifying the subject in such a manner assures the education of the Theory, yet it doesn't exclude the possibility of an alternative explanation. My concern is that the children of tomorrow do not develop tunnel vision. It has often been proven that geniuses see things in a different perspective at an early age. The worst thing we can do to the future geniuses is to predispose their thinking with our biased views. Doing so only ensures the continuance of OUR own views. Vince
