hb & HB Thanks for your responses. I've been reading your posts for the past several years and have the greatest respect for both of your views. I got out a little early but I've slept great over the past 6 months and recently I've gotten into the black with my gold. I do understand the leverage thing, and think its much worse than anyone has stated. If that unwinds I can't imagine anything being safe. Where would interest rates tend to go? and why are the spreads getting so wide? People being more cautious about loans? Does this mean interest rates will spike up fast?
