For what it's worth, it looks like EET has already removed the questionable statements from the article on the web site. Of course, there's still a few zillion paper copies out there, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was a little correction blurb in next week's paper edition.

I hope AMD makes the decision to publicly deny this rumor.

Like I said earlier, Jerry addressed this issue last week at the T-Bird intro. It would be kind of ridiculous to make any further comment.

I agree with you. I am not even sure that AMD went down on the 'bad rumor'. Volume was below normal....I think it was due to the SOX sold off in general and AMD fell with them.
