akmike, Great post. It seems the Street will always over punish a stock with an accounting/class action problem. However, don't you feel that incredible earnings/revenues/fundamentals will fall on completely deaf ears given the "dark cloud" overhang? The only way I see people trusting mgmt. again would be if a Big 6 acctg. firm is hired & a very credible CFO is put in place, quickly. Huge contract announcements wouldn't hurt either, but most people won't hold their breath that long.
