Hi all; Hyundai announces X-Box DDR chip type:

X-Box will use 2Mx32 DDR.

So many longs were so sure that X-Box was going to use RDRAM after Intel got the processor. Maybe Intel isn't so closely tied to Rambus after all.

Hi all; DDR to hit 3x RDRAM system bandwidth by 1 year from now:

LOL! Good thing Rambus has already announced that they'll be showing 4x RDRAM this Summer. Then the DDR camp will only be a year late and at 75% performance.

In reality, both are vaporware and we haven't even seen DDR-I in any systems yet.
