very interesting stuff. I've recognized a name as well.

It it nice to see the Feds finally doing something. But it is only a scratch on the surface. When they get through separating the wheat from the chaff on this haul I'm sure we could give them a lot of referrals.

Janice Shell's motion has not yet been ruled on given that, IMO, the case law for her, residing in a foreign country, will take some time to research and write. But I think it obvious she'll be dismissed soon as well given what the judge wrote about the case in general (which I can't quote because I don't have the ruling in writing yet). AZNT has until June 25 to prove they served Silicon Investor and Raging Bull or else they will be dismissed as well.
