yes, he has been, so far. unfortunately, his cycles sometimes invert (happened in '98 e.g.). also unfortunately he says that this gold rally isn't worth chasing.
he said the same thing about the last two gold rallies, and was proven right in both cases.

Carolan is predicting a major currency market event on July 16. That's a Spiral Calendar anniversary of Nixon's closing of the gold window in 1971, which of course ushered in the inflation of the 1970s.
