i can't tell you the exact numbers, but both ma's are very close to the current level of the Dow.

i did notice the imminent 50/200 NAZ ma cross-over. while considered bearish normally, such crossovers have rarely yielded bearish results in the course of the mania.

on the contrary, if you look at the S&P, which has had several such bearish 50/200 crossovers in recent months, they usually occurred very close to the best buying opportunities. this doesn't mean that this particular crossover is not bearish...only that recent experience suggests they shouldn't be given too much weight in one's analysis.
