If any of you held a quantity of shares not divisible by 6 of ERF.G, you may have been short changed if you deal with TD Waterhouse since they can't seem to do the division. Here's what the NR June 13 said.

<No fractional trust units will be issued. If, as a result of the consolidation, a unitholder would otherwise become entitled to a fraction of a consolidated trust unit, an adjustment will be made to the next highest whole number of trust units>.
eg. If you held 4000 you should now have 667. not 666.
400 you should have 67 not 66

Off course TD is blaming the transfer Agent and the Company for the mix up.
